Once you’re shortlisted for an assignment, we’ll work with you to create a tailored offer that meets both your needs and the client’s requirements. This ensures that both you and the client are aligned on expectations, deliverables, and compensation.

Key Activities: Negotiate terms and expectations, finalize the project offer.

Ongoing Support

We provide continuous support throughout your assignment, including prompt invoice processing, access to our time-tracking system, and ongoing communication to address any concerns or adjustments during the project.

Key Activities: Ongoing check-ins, invoice management, time-tracking system for efficient billing.

Referral Fee

If you bring in your own client or project referral, we offer a referral fee in return. By sharing your network and helping us connect with new opportunities, you benefit from additional incentives while expanding your professional reach.

Key Activities: Refer clients or projects to JPF, receive referral fee for successful introductions.
